"I Like the Smell of Rain
Because at every second,
Three of them around me fall.
And I dance in this rain,
As my limbs try to capture them all.
A great war around me…
Like a rose underwater,
Adjust me now for I am wet.
Beads of air to beautify,
Fit for a Lord’s bet.
My unknown serenity…
The Coffee shop welcomes,
Helped from it’s shade,
Just all who can stand tall…
And I outside; bitten by torment’s blade.
I sit beneath it all…
I’ve gotten sick.
But to some a surprise and a blame,
How still in love,
I am with this rain.
It leaves a gift; the wonderful smell of rain…
